As the SSG President of our school,
it was a great fortuitous for me to attend the seminar and learn more
about leadership. For three days seminar, I encountered many SSG
officers and advisers that makes me bashful because it was the first
time happened in my life to reunite them. But I tried myself to be
self-reliant as a starting point to retrieve from my challenges. In
having somebody's acquaintance is not easy for me as of that time but I
attempt myself FC or shall we say "Feeling Close" to them in order to
introduced myself and assemble friendship.
In our seminar, I have learned a lot on how conduct a meeting using a Parliamentary Procedure. Moreover, I have also learned on how to build a strong team in which in a team building it is necessary to consider the ideas of the member so that there is unity in the team and let everyone be vigorous in their responsibilities.
After we had already done our sessions, we have a pictorials with some speakers and one them is the former Federated National SSG President. It was a great chance for me to meet him even he's not an artist but I was just idolize him because of what he's done on his time as a SSG officers and amaze on how he overcome many challenges and struggles even he was already taken away from his mother as of the period where he encountered difficult trials. And the leadership quotes says that " A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus" was I learned from him.
Oppsss...., I have to make my project in ICT maybe next time I will continue my story about our leadership training. Bye...Bye.....
